I2C use SDA SCL two Pins to communicate.

Signals send by SDA covered to 16 Pins output by 8574T.
Tow signals or one signal with one Pin from SDA 8bits or 16bits serialy in, one signal with 16 Pins out by 8574T.
8574T has the I2C address to recieve I2C signals.
